The hotel had a room with hardly any sunshine coming in, but offered a nice view and maintained a comfortable temperature at 77 degrees. The service had a hiccup with finding our reservation despite having the confirmation number, but the housekeeping was good, and they had convenient shops and a welcome drink. The location was a significant advantage, being close to the Convention Center where our event took place and within walking distance to the football stadium and nightlife. The dining experience was inclusive and featured fresh local fish. However, the facilities fell short on some aspects.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Unfortunately, the lack of natural light in the room was a bit of a downside, but overall, a great experience.
The hotel's location is superb, close to the Convention Center and right next to the stadium with easy access to restaurants and bars. The rooms lack natural sunshine and the temperature tends to be warm, but they offer a view. The service had issues locating our reservation but provided a welcome drink; however, the availability of housekeeping and commercial services was convenient.
